Changes to how you top-up money

Recently, we introduced the option to top up your Nook wallet using a credit/debit card, and we were thrilled to see how many of you embraced this feature. However, due to our payment processor's terms and conditions, we've encountered some limitations regarding the support of card top-ups.

Due to this, we regret to inform you that as of today, we have had to remove the card top-up feature on Nook. We understand that this might cause inconvenience, and we apologize for any disruption this may have on your experience. You will still be able to top-up your wallet via bank transfer and PayNow.

As we continue to evolve and make Nook better, we sometimes need to adapt to unforeseen challenges. On another note, we're excited to share that we're close to our full app launch, and we've prepared some fantastic plans and surprises for our early users in the coming months. So stay tuned!
